Email junindacosta0064@gmail.com from the address linked to your account. State that you want to delete the Guizzprints account used with Imporvox and include the sign-in email; your username is optional. After verifying account ownership, we will process the request and reply by email.
Never send your password, verification codes, or access tokens. If needed, we will ask for a safe confirmation without requesting those details.
After verification, we delete the authentication account (Firebase Authentication for current accounts or Supabase Auth for older accounts), its associated email and profile name, and linked favorites, ratings, and reports. We also remove other personal data associated with the account that we control.
We may retain only minimum payment, security, fraud-prevention, or legal-compliance records when necessary or required. Such records are restricted to that purpose and kept for the applicable period. Payment providers and other external services follow their own retention policies.
Deleting your account does not delete files saved locally in Imporvox, Minecraft, or on your device. Imporvox’s automatic search does not upload found files to Guizzprints; remove them separately in the app or device storage.
